Umrah packing list items for Pakistani travellers

Umrah Packing List for Pakistani Travellers

After documents and Umrah prices, Pakistani pilgrims ask what to take for Umrah. Pack for heat, ihram and 11 days — not a month of clothes.

Documents in your hand carry

Passport, tickets, a photocopy of the passport kept separate, medicines you use daily, and some Saudi riyals. This is not the visa file (that is already processed); this is what you need at the airport.

Ihram and clothes

Men: ihram set, belt, sandals, spare ihram. Women: loose abayas, hijab that stays in tawaf, non-slip shoes. Unscented soap for ihram days.

Leave space for the return

Do not fill the suitcase with gifts from Pakistan. Leave space for zamzam (airline rules apply), dates and tasbeeh. Group packages that include a gift pack and Madinah dinners reduce what you must buy on arrival.
